Common questions.

Is there a minimum spend for private events?+
Yes, minimum spend varies by space, day of the week, and time of year. We'll include specific minimums in your custom proposal after you submit an inquiry.
How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. However, we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines — just ask.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?+
Absolutely. Chef Antonio works with you to create menus that accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-specific needs. Just note it in your inquiry.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled date within 90 days, subject to availability. Full details will be included in your event agreement.
Is there parking for large groups?+
Metuchen has free public parking nearby. Jersey City offers parking validation for garage parking. We can include parking details in your event logistics packet.
Can I bring my own decorations or entertainment?+
Yes — you're welcome to bring decorations, photo booths, or entertainment. We just ask that you coordinate with your event manager in advance so we can set up accordingly.
